The All New Triumph TF 250-E Enduro Bike
2026 Triumph TF 250-E Upgraded With AS3 Performance Parts
Since Triumph launched the TF 250-X motocross bike in late 2023 and then the TF 450 RC in 2024, the much anticipated enduro models followed, with the 2026 TF 250-E and TF 450-E being unveiled in spring 2025. We were excited to hear from one of our customer's in Austria - Dominic Spendl - getting in touch to kit out his 2026 TF 250-E with as many AS3 Performance parts as possible. From small anodised hard parts like master cylinder covers, to protection parts like the rear brake disc guard, below we showcase the AS3 Performance parts used in upgrading Dominic's enduro bike. We finish the article with some info and specs about the TF 250-E.

Front Brake, Rear Brake & Clutch Master Cylinder Covers
Like the Triumph TF 250-X mx bikes, the TF 250-E is fitted with Brembo master cylinders as standard. While our website currently lists only black anodised front brake, rear brake and clutch master cylinder covers for the TF 250 models, it is also possible to fit our red anodised GasGas or blue anodised Husqvarna reservoir covers. All of our reservoir covers are precision CNC-machined from billet aluminium, to ensure a perfect fit on the master cylinder and provide a significant visual upgrade over the standard OEM clutch reservoir covers. How good does the front brake reservoir cover look in the picture below? If you want to know more about our reservoir covers, you can read our in-depth feature: Billet aluminium reservoir covers: aesthetic feature or functional upgrade?

Rear Brake Reservoir Cooling Extension
A 22mm rear brake reservoir cooling extension has been added to the rear master cylinder. Our rear brake reservoir cooling extensions are engineered to screw directly into the rear brake master cylinder, increasing the volume of brake fluid held in the reservoir. By increasing fluid capacity, the overall brake fluid temperature is reduced, helping the rear brake system perform more consistently and efficiently in hot, high-pressure enduro and motocross race conditions. The extension fitted to the TF 250-E is designed to fit the Brembo rear brake master cylinder, so they in fact fit other bikes and models, including the 2016–2021 SWM RS 300 R, RS 500 R, and SM 500 R, which also run Brembo rear bake master cylinders. As well as 22mm, we also have a longer 32mm version available. In the picture below, you can see the black anodised 22mm rear brake reservoir cover marrying nicely to the rear brake reservoir cooling extension on the Brembo rear brake master cylinder.

Silicone Radiator Hoses
The OEM rubber hoses have been replaced with our black silicone radiator hoses. AS3 Performance silicone radiator hoses are manufactured from high-quality silicone with polyester reinforcement, making them strong, durable, and far less susceptible to puncture or damage than standard rubber hoses. Proven in demanding race environments, these silicone hose kits are used by many of our sponsored teams and riders across a wide range of enduro and mx race conditions. This particular hose kit fits the 2024–2026 Triumph TF 250-X and 2026 Triumph TF 250-E and features 2-ply hoses with a 3.5 mm wall thickness, that are pressure tested up to five times the normal working pressure. This gives maximum reliability for racing at the highest level.

Rear Brake Disc Guard
Running a rear brake disc guard is essential for enduro riders, as the rear brake disc on any enduro bike is highly exposed and vulnerable to damage from rocks, logs, and other trail obstacles. A bent or broken disc can easily end a race prematurely. Dominic has installed our DTC rear brake disc guard, which are made from strong, hard-wearing DTC plastic - the same durable material used in plastic skid plates - providing excellent resistance to wear and impact. At 15 mm thick, they are significantly stronger than OEM plastic guards and are designed to absorb substantial impacts, offering superior protection for your rear brake disc. These guards are designed to fit the 2024–2025 Triumph TF 250-X and the 2026 Triumph TF 250-E models equipped with Brembo brakes and they come complete with the aluminium mounting bracket.

What Other Parts Are Available For The Triumph TF 250-E?
We are currently working on a dedicated Triumph TF 250-E parts category on our website. We have a rear brake pedal, gear lever and chain guide currently in production and expected in stock asap. A range of foot pegs will be launching soon, along with a complete selection of brake lines, clutch lines, and throttle cables for the TF 250-X and TF 250-E. All parts that are either in production or still in development are listed on our website, where you can sign up to receive notifications as soon as they become available - perfect if you don’t want to miss out on any upcoming TF 250 parts. The picture below shows a rear brake pedal test fitted on a TF 250-X by Fast Eddy Racing's Harry Edmonson, who competed in the 2025 World SuperEnduro and EnduroGP Championships.

Triumph TF 250-E Overview
The Triumph TF 250-E is a modern, lightweight enduro motorcycle engineered for agile performance across technical terrain, making it equally suited to exploration and competitive riding. It combines a powerful yet manageable 249.9 cc single-cylinder, 4-stroke DOHC engine producing approximately 42.3 PS (41.7 hp) and 27.8 Nm of torque with smooth, linear power delivery ideal for tight trails. Fuel injection via a Dellorto 44 mm throttle body, a 6-speed gearbox, and a multi-disc hydraulic clutch ensure precise control, while a lightweight aluminium spine frame provides excellent balance and handling. Suspension duties are handled by fully adjustable KYB components, including a 48 mm coil-spring front fork with 300 mm of travel and a rear KYB shock with adjustable compression and rebound offering 313 mm of travel, delivering stability and confidence on varied terrain. Braking performance comes from Brembo calipers paired with a 260 mm Galfer front disc and a 220 mm rear disc, complemented by 21-inch front and 18-inch rear wheels fitted with DID DirtStar rims and Michelin Enduro 2 tyres for dependable off-road grip. With a seat height of around 955 mm, a wet weight of approximately 114.2 kg, and an 8.3-litre fuel tank, the TF 250-E also features premium rider technology including traction control, launch control, a quick shifter, dual engine maps, Neken triple clamps, ProTaper Evo handlebars, and a Pyramid non-slip seat cover, enhancing both performance and rider confidence. As you can see with Dominic's bike, he has replaced the standard KYB suspension with Öhlins, both front and rear. We will end this feature with a few close-up pictures.
