125cc Sherco Two Stroke Enduro Bike Converted to Supermoto
Sherco SE 125 Gets Upgraded
Dutch Supermoto rider 'Quintmoto' took his 2019 Sherco SE 125 enduro bike and transformed it into this striking white and blue Supermoto. The SE 125 was originally introduced in 2018 as an enduro bike and in 2021 Sherco actually released the SM 125 which was based on the same chassis and engine. You could argue Quintmoto was ahead of the curve with a "2019 Sherco SM 125 2T" or were Sherco just listening to industry feedback and producing a bike to rival the popularity of the Beta, Fantic and Rieju 2T 125's? Either way the bike looks amazing and compared to the original bike, the updated look Quint has given the SE 125 is on a whole different level, making it into a real head-turner. In this post, we highlight the AS3 Performance parts used in the build, complete with photos and detailed descriptions. We also share some background on the original bike and point you to additional parts available for this model on our website, as well as information on how you go about converting an enduro bike to a supermoto.

Foot Pegs
The OEM foot pegs have been replaced with our blue anodised Racing Series foot pegs, matching the wheel rims, hubs and all the metallic blue decals nicely. Our foot pegs are a serious upgrade for riders looking to improve both control and durability on their motorcycle, whether it be enduro, motocross or supermoto, as in this case. Precision CNC machined from lightweight 6061 billet aluminium, these foot pegs are built to reduce weight, without compromising strength. Each peg features 34 replaceable stainless steel teeth, delivering exceptional grip and traction in all riding conditions, while the distinctive Y-shaped centre design adds extra structural strength where it’s needed most. With a generous 57mm wide by 83mm long platform, they offer noticeably more support than standard OEM pegs, giving your boots a larger, more stable contact area. Designed to fit a wide range of Sherco models from 2004 through to 2022, these pegs are a versatile and practical upgrade and they even come supplied with five replacement teeth!

Gear Lever
Replacing the original gear lever is a smart upgrade for riders who want a balance of strength, durability, and precise control. AS3 Performance gear levers are manufactured from lightweight aluminium using a cold forging process - the lever is designed to be tougher than standard options while remaining slightly more flexible than cast or CNC-machined alternatives - helping to reduce the risk of snapping on impact. It features a sleek black anodised finish, paired with a CNC machined, spring-loaded blue anodised tip, that’s built to absorb hits and keep you riding. The knurled grooves on the tip provide enhanced grip and traction, even in muddy or wet conditions, giving you confidence with gear changes every time. Designed as a direct replacement for OEM levers, they are easy to install and fit a wide range of Sherco models, with multiple tip colour options available to suit your bike’s style.

Front Brake & Clutch Levers
Quintmoto upgraded the OEM front brake and clutch levers with our flexi levers. AS3 Performance flexible and adjustable front brake and clutch levers are designed to deliver both durability and rider comfort in demanding conditions. Manufactured from high-strength aluminium, these levers are forged and then CNC machined to ensure a precise fit and long life. Their clever pivot design allows them to flex and fold outward on impact, significantly reducing the risk of bending or snapping during a crash. With an adjustable reach feature, riders can fine-tune the lever position to suit their preferences, improving control and reducing fatigue on longer rides. With a striking blue anodised finish for that factory look in this case, these levers are also available in a sleek black anodised option. They’re a direct fit for Brembo-equipped Sherco models, making installation quick and hassle-free. And if you’re after something different, we also offer a range of forged levers alongside these flexi-lever options, to suit all riding styles.

What Are The Original Bike Specs Of The 2019 Sherco SE 125?
The 2019 Sherco SE-R 125 is a lightweight, competition-focused 2-stroke enduro bike, designed to deliver agile handling and responsive power on technical terrain. Powered by a 124.8cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine with a Keihin carburettor, it offers the sharp, high-revving performance that makes small-capacity two-strokes so popular in enduro riding. The bike features a durable chromium-molybdenum frame, paired with high-quality WP suspension, including 48mm upside-down forks and a fully adjustable rear shock, giving riders excellent control across rough trails. With Brembo braking, a 6-speed gearbox, and a lightweight chassis, the 2019 SE-R 125 is built for precision and confidence in challenging conditions, making it an ideal entry-level race bike or a capable machine for experienced riders who enjoy a nimble, high-revving setup.

How Do You Turn An Enduro Bike Into A Supermoto Bike?
When it comes to setting a bike up for enduro or supermoto, the differences come down to three key areas: wheels, brakes, and gearing. Enduro bikes are built for off-road terrain, typically running a 21-inch front wheel and an 18 or 19-inch rear, paired with knobbly tyres for maximum grip in dirt and mud. Supermoto set-ups, on the other hand, switch to 17-inch wheels front and rear with slick tyres, optimised for higher speeds and better traction on tarmac. Braking is another major change - enduro bikes usually come with a smaller front brake disc (around 240 mm), while supermoto bikes require a much larger disc (closer to 300 mm), to handle stronger braking forces at speed. Gearing also plays a big role - enduro bikes using shorter ratios for technical riding, whereas supermoto setups opt for taller gearing, by increasing the front sprocket size and reducing the rear, allowing for better performance on the road.
