Nieve Holmes' Team KBS Sherco SE-F 250
A detailed look at Nieve's EnduroGP and ISDE Race Bike
We have been parts sponsors for Kiwi's Bike Shop (Team KBS) rider - Nieve Holmes - for the last few years. We used to support them with parts when Nieve raced the Rieju MR 300, before switching to the Sherco SE-F 250 around 3 years ago. Throughout the 2025 season Nieve and the team have raced in the British Enduro Championship, as well as the FIM EnduroGP World Championship. Nieve has ran a number of our parts on her SE-F 250, including rear brake disc guard, forged clutch and front brake levers, plus master cylinder covers. in 2025, she has also been training mx on a Suzuki RMZ 250, on which she has ran our Factory Series clutch cover. Below, we take a closer look at Nieve's Team KBS Sherco race bike and the AS3 Parts she's been using throughout the season.
Rear Brake Disc Guard
The rear brake disc guard is an essential protection part for enduro riders, as the rear brake disc on any enduro bike is highly exposed and vulnerable to damage from rocks, logs, and other course hazards. A bent or broken disc can quickly end a race. CNC machined from billet aluminium, this guard offers exceptional strength and durability. Nieve Holmes has trusted this disc guard on her Sherco SE-F 250 over the last few years at all enduro events she has competed in. Supplied with a caliper mount, it provides strong, reliable protection for your rear brake disc and the anodised blue colour matches the blue Sherco colour nicely.
Front Brake & Clutch Master Cylinder Covers
Our front brake and clutch reservoir covers are precision CNC-machined from billet aluminium for a flawless fit on the master cylinder, delivering both durability as well as providing a striking visual upgrade over the standard OEM components, as can be seen in the pictures below. Nieve has always chosen to run our anodised blue versions on her Sherco, as they really pop out and give that "factory look". Additionally, we offer them anodised in black. These particular front brake and clutch reservoir covers fit Brembo master cylinders and they will fit a number of Sherco models, from 125cc and 300cc two strokes, to 450cc and 500cc four strokes.
Front Brake & Clutch Levers
Nieve runs our cold-forged aluminium front brake and clutch levers, which are designed to replicate the feel of the standard Sherco levers. As you can see in the pictures above, we produce them anodised in black, giving a slick look compared to the standard "silver" lever colour. Thanks to the forging process, they are softer than OEM cast levers, meaning they are more likely to bend on impact, rather than snap, reducing the risk of you being left stranded with a broken lever - another must have on enduro bikes! Like the front brake and clutch master cylinder covers, these forged levers are specifically designed to fit Brembo master cylinders.
Front Wheel Bearing Kit
Nieve runs a few parts that you are unable to see on her SE-F 250, but they are still very important, like our front wheel bearing kit. Over time, the wheel bearing seals on off-road bikes can wear out, allowing dirt and moisture to enter the hub. This eventually causes the bearings to perform poorly and prevents the wheel from spinning as freely as it should. AS3 Performance front wheel bearing kits are designed to fix this issue, by replacing all necessary bearings with high-quality components, ensuring the wheel spins smoothly on the axle with minimal drag or friction.
What Other AS3 Parts Has Nieve Run On Her Sherco SE-F 250 Over The Last Few Seasons?
Nieve Holmes has ran and continues to run our factory sintered front and rear brake pads, ultra light-weight front sprockets, factory rear sprockets, forged gear levers, as well as numerous bearing kits, including a headstock steering bearing kit. We hope to be at the final round of the 2025 EnduroGP World Championship in Germany in October, so we will get some more pictures of our parts fitted to Nieve's SE-F 250 there.
Nieve Holmes's 2025 Season Highlights
ACU British Enduro Championship
Competing in the Elite Women's class, Nieve began her 2025 British Enduro Championship campaign in Lossiemouth, Scotland, with commanding victories and topping the timesheets by over four minutes each day to make a dominant start to her title defence (she won the title in 2024!). She carried this form into Rounds 3 and 4 at the Hafren Enduro in Mid Wales on 7–8 June, where she won every single test across both days, securing a minute plus margin on Saturday and 2 minute plus margin on Sunday to further strengthen her lead in the standings. With undefeated performances across the opening four rounds, Holmes established a commanding position in the Championship, her consistent domination marking her as the rider to beat for the remainder of the season. At Rounds 5 and 6 in Catterick on 12–13 July, however, she faced tougher competition - Rosie Rowett claimed victory on Saturday with Emily Hall in second and Holmes taking third, but she responded strongly the following day by bouncing back to win Round 6 ahead of Elizabeth Tett in second and Emily Hall in third, keeping her championship challenge firmly on track. The final rounds are set to take place at the end of September so we look forward to her potentially securing the 2025 British Enduro Championship.
The EnduroGP of Wales
In the Women's Enduro class at Round 4 of the championship, Nieve delivered a standout performance in the AKRAPOVIC Super Test, where she secured a narrow victory over Rieju's Rachel Gutish by around 0.10 seconds. This marked her first-ever EnduroGP Super Test win and we were lucky enough to be there to witness it! On Day 1 (Saturday, August 16), Nieve finished outside the top 3 unfortunately and didn't ride to her usual standard. On Day 2 (Sunday, August 17), she was on course for a podium finish, but suffered on the Extreme Test, which cost her a lot of time and a position on the podium. Apart from the Super Test, it was an EnduroGP weekend for her to forget. Following the EnduroGP of Wales, Holmes sits P4 in the Women’s EnduroGP World Championship standings with 52 points, trailing Honda's Francesca Nocera (70 points), Rieju's Rachel Gutish (68 points) and Rieju's Rosie Rowett (64 points). With 3 rounds to go, we wish Nieve all the best to finish the Championship strongly.

2025 ISDE
At the 2025 International Six Days Enduro (ISDE) in Bergamo, Italy, Nieve delivered a strong performance, finishing P8 overall in the Women's World Trophy (WWT) individual standings. She was a key contributor to Team GB's P5 finish in the WWT classification, alongside GasGas's Katie Walker and Elizabeth Tett. Nieve showed grit and determination throughout the whole event, bouncing back from a very challenging day three, where she came off the bike a few times, to post competitive times on the riverbed tests on Day 4. The 2025 ISDE marked Nieve's sixth appearance for Team GB!
Have you got any pictures of Nieve Holme's Suzuki RMZ 250 motocross training bike?
Yes. In the picture below, you can see our Factory Series clutch cover fitted to Nieve's RMZ 250. We have also included a close-up picture of it. She uses the Suzuki to hone her motocross skills on, especially for EnduroGP tests like the Cross Test, which usually involves an mx-style track featuring jumps, berms and tight turns.
