AS3 Parts Upgrades For The TE 300 2 Stroke Enduro Bike
Emanuele Fusaro, over in Italy, has upgraded his 2017 Husqvarna TE 300 with a load of AS3 Performance parts. With this 300cc 2 stroke enduro bike build, Emanuele decided to pretty much rebuild and upgrade all aspects of the bike. The engine was completely rebuilt, with cerakote finishes being applied to the carburetor and engine cases and the original front suspension was replaced with KYB forks. Attention to detail and stand-out components was second to none, which included CMT carbon-fiber cover kits and our AS3 Performance hard and protection parts. We showcase all of the AS3 parts used in the build, below.
Rear Brake Disc Guard
Pictured below, you will see the OEM plastic rear brake disc guard has been replaced with our stronger blue anodised aluminium rear brake disc guard. This matches the blue on the decals, blue exhaust and other blue anodised hard parts on the build, nicely. We have this version of the rear brake disc guard also available in black for the TE 300, depending on your preference.
Axle Blocks
A nice addition; complementing our rear brake disc guard and chain guide, are the AS3 Performance blue anodised rear axle blocks that have been fitted. Like most of the aftermarket parts that we stock for Husqvarna models, we also have these available anodised in black.
Chain Guide
Our AS3 Performance chain guide pictured below features a blue anodised aluminium mounting bracket with the lower parts made from hard wearing, strong plastic. These chain guides are extremely popular with our supported motocross and enduro riders and teams. This version, pictured below, is also available in black and we also offer an all aluminium chain guide version for the Husqvarna TE 300 in blue or black.
Foot Pegs
Pictured below are our blue anodised Factory Series foot pegs fitted to the 300cc 2 stroke. We also offer a few different foot peg styles for a range Husqvarna motorcycle models; including our titanium foot pegs, Racing Series foot pegs, Supermoto foot pegs, extra large foot pegs and stainless steel foot pegs, depending on your preference.
Rear Brake Pedal
As can be seen in the pictures above and below, our forged rear brake pedal featuring a blue anodised, flexible tip has been fitted. Our forged brake pedals can be purchased separately, or together in a combo with a forged gear lever, as was the case in this build. We offer replacement rear brake pedal tips in a range of colours, but for this build it was a no brainer to go with the blue versions, which come as standard.
Gear Lever
As mentioned above, the forged gear lever, pictured below, was fitted as part of a combo we offer with the rear brake pedal. We also offer Factory Series versions, but these come with grey tips as standard and the rear brake pedal tip on the factory series versions is fixed, not flexible. It's all down to personal preference really.
Fuel Cap
Our fuel caps we offer for the Husqvarna TE 300 are a stand-out feature, as can be seen pictured below. The anodised blue version is a real eye-catcher and looks so good on this build against the CMT Compositi carbo fuel tank cover. We also offer this fuel cap anodised in black.
Clutch Reservoir Cover
Although small, the blue anodised clutch master cylinder cover fitted really pops out compared to the plastic black OEM cover and adds to that factory look. Front Brake Line
The original front brake line has bee replaced with our AS3 Performance by Venhill front brake line, pictured below. Brake lines and throttle cables are a common upgrade for many of our racers and bike builders, no matter what discipline - Motocross, Enduro, Supermoto, Trail and Adventure or Sports Bike.
Rear Brake Lines
Like the front brake line, the original rear brake line was replaced with our rear brake line. Usually, Husqvarna riders choose our blue versions and we were sure they would have been used on this upgrade, but we can see why black was chosen - probably as to not over-do the blue.
