2002 Honda CR 250

This bike was rebuilt in a red a white theme and features our Racing Series foot pegs, rear brake pedal and gear lever kit, silicone hoses and many other AS3 Performance hard parts. It is finished off with brand new plastics and a custom set of red and white graphics.

2007 Honda CR 250

In contrast the 2002 model, this bike has a red and black theme with our black braided brake lines, front sprocket cover, Factory Series brake pedal and gear lever and black AS3 flexi levers.Just like the model above it has also had new plastics and slightly more OEM style red and black graphics.

2006 Honda CR 250 Jett Lawrence Tribute

The last one and quite possibly our favourite is a 2006 CR 250 two stroke, rebuilt from the ground up and finished off with factory looking graphics and the famous #18 on the number boards. This bike features our braided brake lines on the front and rear, billet axle blocks and a handful of anodised accessories.

What Are The Most Popular Parts For The Honda CR 250?

Many of the most popular parts that we supply for the older two stroke models like the Honda CR 250 are parts that have now been discontinued by Honda. An example of this would be the radiator hoses, we do a range of silicone radiator hoses for the CR 250 covering all models from 1985-2008. Rear brake pedals are another very dificult part to source for the CR 250 and we supply 2 different versions and with the option to purchase them both as a kit with the gear lever. We also supply forged front brake and clutch levers for the CR 250 which are anodised in black and a stronger alternative to the OEM levers.

What Parts Should You Install To Protect The Honda CR 250?

OEM parts for Honda two stroke motocross bikes are becoming harder and harder to find so installing protection parts on the CR 250 to protect the scarce OEM parts is not only good practice but essential these days. We offer a range of protection parts for the CR 250 including a skid plate, without a skid plate you coukd risk damaging an engine casing and trying to locate a replacement could either be expensive or impossible. Radiator braces are another protection part that we carry in stock for the CR 250 plus disc guards and rear brake caliper guards.

How Can You Improve The Brakes On A Honda CR 250 Motocross Bike?

There are many ways that you can improve the brakes on the Honda CR 250. One way would be to upgrade the OEM rubber brake hoses to a set of our stainless steel braided brake lines. This upgrade was done on all of the bikes listed above. The internal components in the master cylinders and calipers can often wear and deteriorate over time so replacing them with our master cylinder repair kits and caliper repair kits will also improve the performance of the brakes.
