Harry Edmondson's Fast Eddy Racing Triumph TF 250 X

A Detailed Look At Harry's SuperEnduro and EnduroGP Race Bike

This year, Fast Eddy Racing and their rider Harry Edmondson switched from Husqvarna to Triumph after the release of the TF 250 X from the British motorcycle manufacturer. As parts sponsors of the team for the last few years, this gave us an opportunity to develop some new parts for the brand new Triumph off-road bike. Throughout the 2025 season Harry and the team raced the FIM SuperEnduro World Championship at the start of the year and the EnduroGP World Championship which was a great chance for us to put our newly developed Triumph parts to the test. Harry and his mechanic have helped with the development of a number of new AS3 Performance parts on his 2024 Triumph TF 250 X, including clutch cover, rear brake disc guard, rear brake pedal, gear lever, water pump cover, silicone radiator hoses and various other anodised accessories. Compared to the Triumph's original black and neon yellow branding, Harry's TF 250 X's decals are made up of black and blue - the Fast Eddy Racing Team's colour scheme - and for the EnduroGP of Wales, he ran an additional special British themed livery featuring the British flag. This was topped off with blue Excel rims which really caught the eye! Below, we take a closer look at Harry's race bike and the AS3 Parts he’s been using throughout the season.

Clutch Cover

The billet aluminium clutch cover is a key upgrade for enduro riding - it was one of Harry's first part requests. This is because the area of the bike is particularly exposed and prone to damage from rocks, tree stumps, and other course hazards. Our clutch cover, developed specifically for the TF 250 X, is CNC machined from a solid block of 6061 billet aluminium, offering significantly greater strength compared to the OEM cast version. It also increases oil capacity to 626ml - this is a 7% increase compared to the OEM’s 584ml. For a full breakdown of the features and benefits of an AS3 Performance clutch cover, check out our Clutch Covers Feature.

Rear Brake Disc Guard

The rear brake disc guard is a must among enduro riders, as the rear brake disc on any enduro bike is highly exposed and susceptible to damage from rocks, logs, and anything in between. A bent or broken disc can quickly bring a race to an early end. Harry Edmondson has always relied on this disc guard fitted to his TF 250 X for all enduro events he has competed in in 2025. It comes with a caliper mount and delivers strong, dependable protection for your rear brake disc. This particular rear brake disc guard will also fit the 2013-2022 KTM SX-F models with the 25mm rear wheel spindle. Whilst performing a main role of protection, the anodised black colour of our guard also pops out nicely against the blue excel rims, as shown in the picture below.

Rear Brake Master Cylinder Cover

The 2024 Triumph TF 250 X comes with a Brembo rear brake as standard and for the EnduroGP of Wales, Harry ran a blue anodised rear brake reservoir cover to match the blue Fast Eddy colour scheme as shown in the photos below. We only have the black rear brake reservoir cover advertised on our website for the Triumph 250 X, as this matches the the plastics and graphics of the bike in OEM form. However, if you're running a custom colour scheme or want something a little different, the blue Husqvarna rear brake reservoir cover (pictured below) is the same, or the red Gas Gas cover will fit too. We even have them in yellow for the SWM models. Again, this is another stronger billet aluminium part. You can read more about our reservoir covers in our detailed feature here.

Front Brake & Clutch Master Cylinder Covers

The Triumph TF 250 X comes with Brembo master cylinders are standard. Like the rear brake reservoir cover, we only have black anodised front brake and clutch master cylinder covers advertised on our website for the Triumph TF 250 X, but it would be possible to run our blue Husqvarna or red Gas Gas reservoir covers too. They are precision CNC-machined from billet aluminium to ensure a perfect fit on the master cylinder. They offer a significant visual upgrade over standard OEM clutch reservoir covers and as you can see in the picture of the clutch reservoir cover and front brake reservoir cover below, Harry's mechanic added cable ties - this was to prevent the hand guards from flexing!

Water Pump Cover

Upgrading the water pump cover is another firm favourite among enduro riders because, when combined with the clutch cover, it greatly reduces the risk of losing coolant or oil, whilst offering exceptional protection to the right side of the engine. The photo of the water pump cover below actually shows it fitted to Harry's spare race bike at the EnduroGP of Wales. From Harry's recent testing and feedback, this completely new part has been developed for the TF 250 X and put into production. The first batch of these will be available to purchase on our website in October.

What other AS3 parts are available for the Triumph TF 250 X?

We now have a specific Triumph TF 250 X parts category on our website and as mentioned in the introduction, Harry and Fast Eddy Racing are helping us with the development of a lot of these parts, including silicone radiator hoses which are available now, plus a rear brake pedal and gear lever which are currently in production and will hopefully be available in October. We are currently working with Harry on a chain guide for the TF 250 X, although at the time of writing this we are still working on some final tweaks and modifications. A range of foot pegs will also be available soon and we also have a complete range of brake, clutch lines and throttle cables for the TF 250 X. All parts that are currently in production or still in the development stages, are listed on our website, where you have the option to receive a notification from us as soon as they are available, so if you're interested in some of the parts that we have mentioned for the Triumph TF 250 X, feel free to sign up so you don't miss out.

ISDE, Italy

At the 2025 ISDE in Italy, Harry was competing in the Men's World Trophy for Team Great Britain (Team GB). He ran a special Team GB ISDE clutch cover on his Triumph TF 250 X, also bearing his name and number for the events. We also developed a custom made clutch cover for his brother and other Team GB member, Jack Edmondson, who we support too with parts for his Gas Gas MC 250 F. You can see a picture of the clutch covers below, as well as Harry before the start of the event. From day 1 to 6, Harry improved progressively throughout the event, showing early momentum on Day 2 with a solid performance. Adjustments on Day 4 paid off, even though it wasn’t his strongest finish, and Day 5 became his standout effort as he moved up to 19th in World Trophy and 26th overall - a significant personal milestone. His performances helped Team GB’s Men’s World Trophy Team secure P7 overall, with his contributions playing an important role in the result! We congratulate Harry and the whole team.

The Triumph TF 250 X and TF 450 RC are classed as Motocross bikes. Is Triumph launching Enduro bikes too?

In March 2025, Triumph unveiled the 2026 TF 250E and TF 450E Enduro models, developed in collaboration with world-class past enduro champions Iván Cervantes and Paul Edmondson (Paul is the man behind Fast Eddy Racing Team). A lot of testing was also done by current enduro legend - Triumph Factory Racing's Jonny Walker. Built for serious off-road performance, both bikes feature brand new powertrains and lightweight aluminium spine frames, designed specifically for the different enduro type terrains. We are looking forward to seeing these bikes on display at EICMA 2025 and Harry Edmondson on one soon.
