Do KTM Motocross And Enduro Bikes Use A Magura Clutch?

At the time of writing this no KTM 125-500cc motocross, enduro or cross country bike currently uses a Magura clutch. The last year of the Magura clutch models was 2016 when it came as standard on the 125 EXC, 200 EXC and the 200 XC-W. This was also the last year of production for those models. All KTM off-road models now use a Brembo clutch.

How Many Different Types Of Brembo Front Brake Levers Are There For KTM Motocross and Enduro Bikes?

KTM have used a Brembo front brake on their 125cc and up motocross, enduro and cross country bikes from at least 2005, right up to the present day models. This also includes any Factory Edition models and Six Days models. The Brembo front brake lever used by KTM was updated to a newer style lever in 2014 so from 2005 to now there are only 2 different types of Brembo front brake levers for the motocross, enduro and cross country models. Some Supermoto models use a different front brake lever to the off-road bikes but it is still a Brembo lever.

What Type Of Front Brake And Clutch Levers Do KTM Junior Motocross Bikes Use?

Since its introduction in 2003 the KTM 85 SX has used a Formula front brake and a Magura clutch up until 2012. In 2013 both levers changed to a new style Formula front brake and matching Formula clutch. The 65 SX used the same Formula front brake and Magura clutch combination as the 03-12 85 SX between 2004-2011 before making the change to the same levers as the new 85 SX levers in 2014. For 2012-2013 the 65 SX used a different Formula front brake lever and the same Magura clutch as previous years. The 50 SX has no clutch and uses the same Formula front brake lever from 2003-2023 which is also used on the SX-E 5 electric bike.
