AS3 Performance silicone radiator hoses are manufactured from high quality silicone with a polyester reinforcement to make them strong, durable and less vulnerable to puncture or damage than the standard rubber hoses. Our silicone hose kits are used by many of our sponsored teams and riders in a variety of race conditions. The hoses come in a gloss finish with AS3 Performance branding.

This kit is designed to bypass the thermostat and also eliminate the plastic joining piece on the Racing and Ranger models. Not compatible with the Pro models due to the temperature sensor on the OEM plastic joining piece.

Hose Clips

Silicone hoses are softer than the OEM rubber hoses and we always advise to use our stainless steel hose clips when installing AS3 Performance silicone hoses. The clips are designed specifically for silicone hoses with smooth inners and rounded edges to prevent damage to the hoses when tightened.
