AS3 Performance silicone radiator hoses are manufactured from high quality silicone with a polyester reinforcement to make them strong, durable and less vulnerable to puncture or damage than the standard rubber hoses. Our silicone hose kits are used by many of our sponsored teams and riders in a variety of race conditions. The hoses come in a gloss finish with AS3 Performance branding.

    02 K1200RS lower hose

    Purchased the kit for 'preventative maintenance' reasons. Fitted all hoses ok with a lot of difficulty but not hoses fault. Working on K12 is a nightmare especially when needing to tighten the clamp screws. Access is very limited on some clamps. Anyway, time to put the fairing on and discovered the right side fairing was not able to be fitted properly with belly fairing as the lower radiator hose (new item from kit) was the wrong shape to allow neat fitting of fairing. Hose was pushing on fairing and not allowing neat fitment. The hose shape does not follow the shape and angle of the original part and was too long as well. Very disappointed. Had to reinstall original hose as it was still serviceable and no problems in fitting plastic. Did anyone test to see that the bike fairing would fit properly after the as3performance product was fitted. I don't think so. Remember, go original and not aftermarket for your new radiator hoses. I had no similar problem with the rest of the kit.
